How do I apply for a mortgage?

You can apply online for a mortgage in about 20 minutes, or if you prefer, you can schedule an appointment with one of our home mortgage loan officers at any of our locations. You will need your most recent check stub, the last two years of W-2s, and your most recent bank statement.

Does Mercer Savings Bank have youth and student accounts?

Yes, we offer bank account options just for kids and teens. Children as young as 14 can open a checking account with us. Parents can set up custodial savings accounts for their infants, toddlers, or young children and sign for withdrawals until the child can sign their name.
