Important Dates & Details

Saturday, February 22nd
To complete the system upgrades, all Mercer Savings locations will be closed on Saturday, February 22nd. We’ll be back to our normal hours on Monday, February 24th.

New Debit Cards
In mid-February, you’ll receive a new MasterCard debit card in the mail. Your old Visa debit card will no longer work after February 23rd, so be sure to activate and begin using your new card starting February 24th. If you have automatic payments linked to your current card, be sure to update your card details with those merchants.

Limited Access During the Transition
Please note, there will be some temporary interruptions to services as we complete the conversion. Here’s what you need to know:

  • February 17th – 23rd: Limited access to bill pay, and you will not be able to add new bill payments or update recurring payments during this time.
  • ATM Access: ATM access may be limited at our branches during the conversion, so please plan ahead for cash needs.
  • eStatements: We recommend downloading or printing any statements you may need before February 21st, as previous eStatements will not be available after that date.

Improved Online and Mobile Banking

Starting on February 24th, you’ll experience a more user-friendly online and mobile banking platform with new features to make managing your accounts a breeze. For your new online banking credentials, refer to our mailing or give us a call at 877.672.4543.

Mobile users will need to delete the existing app and download the new one from your phone’s app store. Just look for Mercer Savings Bank Mobile, download it, and use the credentials we provided in our mailing.
