Improved Online and Mobile Banking

On February 24th, we launched a more user-friendly online and mobile banking platform with new features to make managing your accounts a breeze. For your new online banking credentials, refer to our mailing or give us a call at 877.672.4543.

Mobile users will need to delete the existing app and download the new one from your phone’s app store. Just look for Mercer Savings Bank Mobile, download it, and use the credentials we provided in our mailing.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will my account number stay the same?

Yes. All account numbers will stay the same.

Will I keep my passbook account?

No. All passbook savings accounts and mortgage loans will convert to statement accounts.

Will I get a new debit card?

Yes. You should have received your new debit Mastercard and PIN by mail in mid-February. Please activate and begin using your new card. Your Visa debit card will not work after February 23rd.

If you haven’t received your card, please contact us. We can order a replacement card or you can visit any Mercer Savings branch and have one issued the same day. It only take about five minutes!

If you have payments set up with your current card, contact those merchants and supply them with your new card information.

How will this affect my online banking?

You will need to use the credentials we provided in our mailing or reach out to 877-672-4543 if you’re unsure. We hope you find the our new GoBanking easy-to-use and enjoy the new features!

Will I have access to my previous eStatements?

Previously generated monthly statements will not be available online. If you need copies of previous statements, please contact us or stop by the branch and our team can get those for you.

Is there a change to Mobile Banking?

Yes – you will need to delete the old mobile app and download the new version from your device’s app store. Look for Mercer Savings Bank Mobile, download it, and sign in using the credentials we sent you in the mail.
